In 2021, the Research Centre will Re-Open on 18 January
Due to the corona virus situation, the Research Centre is operating on a limited basis only. We are open on Mondays and Fridays only, from 10am to 1pm
Researchers will have to book in for a session
With Social Distancing, we are permitted only seven people in the room at one time,
which includes the Centre Volunteers. A face mask must be worn.

Use of the Research Centre is free for members. Visitors are charged $10 for the day (10am - 4pm)
There are no shops or food outlets close to the Research Centre so it is advisable to bring your own lunch. Men's and women's toilets, a microwave oven, fridge, tea and coffee, are available.
We recommend advance planning of your visit by browsing our library catalogue online. Use your browser's EDIT > FIND button to search for a keyword, name, place, subject etc.
Volunteer members of the Society will research family history relevant to the Sutherland Shire for members and non-members.
